The STAUFF ACT Clamp is an innovative design solution for the installation of pipework where anti corrosion properties are paramount (e.g. offshore oil and gas exploration). It’s design, based on the tried and tested STAUFF Clamp according to DIN 3015, offers installation time reduction and long term cost savings due to extended service intervals.

ACT Clamp

Material and design in compliance with section 7.3 (Tubing Installation) of the Norwegian offshore standard Norsok Z-010 (Revision 3, published in October 2000 ), API RP 552 and NACE SP 0108-2008 (section 13).

Clamp body made of flame-retardant PPV0 plastic material (tested and V0 classified according to UL 94). Integrated anti-corrosion elastomer strips avoid the accumulation of seawater between clamp body and pipe
Drainage channels aid the dispersal of seawater. ACT Mounting Hardware is made of Stainless Steel V4A (Material Code: W55) with enhanced corrosion resistance by practically excluding metallic and non-metallic impurities during production, processing and handling.

Industrial Clamp

Original STAUFF Block Clamps according to German Industry Standard DIN 3015 (Part 1), designed as a construction kit for the installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible or rigid components with the most common metric and imperial outside diameters from 6 mm to 102 mm / .24 inch to 4.02 inch.

Clamp bodies manufactured from various thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers or aluminium – also with shock-absorbing and noise-reducing elastomer inserts. Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions. Tested and approved by several independent certification organisations.

Tube

High pressure steel and stainless steel tube to suit most fluid power applications.

Dual certified:  316L ASTM A269, ASTM A213, cold drawn bright annealed, metric OD.

High alloy seamless ASTMB165 – 93, nickel copper alloy to UNS0400 (duplex), metric OD

Filter Elements

With more than 10.000 different types STAUFF manufactures one of the most comprehensive ranges of replacement filter elements for hydraulic and lubrication application which are compatible with most of the common competitor products.

The STAUFF replacement element program includes replacement elements for over 10,000 part numbers covering almost every major international brands of filter elements.

STAUFF High Pressure Filters – Type SF

STAUFF High Pressure Filters type SF are designed for in-line hydraulic and lubrication applications, with a maximum operating pressure of 420 bar / 6.000 PSI. Used together with STAUFF SE series Filter Elements, a high efficiency of contaminant removal is assured. The high dirt-hold capacity of the elements ensures long service life and, as a result, reduced maintenance costs

STAUFF High Pressure Filters – Type SF-TM

STAUFF High Pressure Filters type SF-TM are designed for manifold block mounting in hydraulic and lubrication applications, with a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar / 4.560 PSI. Used together with STAUFF SE series Filter Elements, a high efficiency of contaminant removal is assured. The high dirt-hold capacity of the elements ensures long service life and, as a result, reduced maintenance costs

STAUFF Medium Pressure Filters – Type SFA

STAUFF Medium Pressure Filters type SFA are designed for in-line hydraulic and lubrication applications, with a maximum operating pressure of 160 bar / 2.320 PSI. Used together with STAUFF SE series Filter Elements, a high efficiency of contaminant removal is assured. The high dirt-hold capacity of the elements ensures long service life and, as a result, reduced maintenance costs

STAUFF Medium Pressure Filters – Type SMPF

STAUFF Medium Pressure Filters type SMPF are designed for in-line hydraulic and lubrication applications, with a maximum operating pressure of 110 bar / 1.600 PSI. Used together with STAUFF SME series Filter Elements, a high efficiency of contaminant removal is assured. The high dirt-hold capacity of the elements ensures long service life and, as a result, reduced maintenance costs

STAUFF Return Line Filters – Type RF

STAUFF Return Line Filters RF are designed as tank top filters. They are mounted directly on the tank top and when 100% of the system’s oil is filtered they provide the optimum removal of contamination from the system. This provides the pump with clean oil thus reducing contaminant generated wear. The filter bowl is designed to return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing the entrainment of air by the returning oil.

STAUFF Return Line Filters – Type RFA

STAUFF RFA Return Line Filters are a one piece design and can be used as a tank top or an in-line filter. They are mounted in the return line and if 100% of the system oil is filtered, provide the optimum removal of contaminant for the systems. This provides the pump with clean oil, thus reducing contaminant generated wear.

Return Line Filters – Type RTF20

STAUFF RTF20 Return Line Filters are designed as tank top filters with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar / 145 PSI and flow rates up to 115 l/min / 30 US GPM. The filter bowl is designed to return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing entrainment of air. RTF20 series compact design and integral breather make them ideal for mobile hydraulic applications.

Return Line Filters – Type RTF40

STAUFF RTF40 Return Line Filters are designed as tank top filters with a maximum operating pressure of 6,9 bar / 100 PSI. The filter bowl is designed to return the oil beneath the surface thus preventing entrainment of air. The Filter Elements RTE-48 interchange with the popular “K” series and Filter Elements RTE-49 interchange with the“RE-409” series elements.

24° Tube Fittings

24° Tube Fittings are surely among the most commonly used and established industrial tube connector systems worldwide. They are regarded as the universal standard for fluid power applications in markets that use the metric system, such as Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Even in regions that traditionally used or still use the imperial measurement system (such as Australia or Northern America) 24° tube fittings are gaining more and more acceptance due to the ongoing metrification and specifications by globally operating OEMs

37° Flared Tube Fitting Set Type FI-AB

37° Flared Tube Fittings of the FI-AB series facilitate the straight connection of a tube with 37° flare to a conventional DIN/ISO fitting with a 24° conical bore.  Available in the Light and Heavy Series according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353. Suitable for nominal pressures up to 630 bar (depending on exact type and size). Designed with a four-fold safety factor on the nominal pressure level

Assembly Tools / Devices

Cutting Ring Assembly Machines enables the simple, safe and reliable pre-assembly and final assembly of double-edge cutting rings in the Light Series and Heavy Series – both on-site and for series production in the workshop
