Ultra Clean offers advanced cleaning over traditional flushing and other methods for ridding contaminants from hose, tube and pipe assemblies. The Ultra Clean system utilizes either a Hand-Held Launcher or Bench Mount Launcher to shoot Ultra Clean projectiles through hose, tube or pipe assemblies ensuring contaminants are thoroughly dispelled.
UC-PVS-III
The Projectile Verification System ensures that no projectile is left in a hose, tube or pipe! The system is designed for various applications but is most beneficial in high-volume fabrication facilities where speed and efficiency are a priority. The system provides peace-of-mind that each line is cleaned according to specifications and that each projectile has successfully exited the assembly. Three cleaning modes allow specific cleaning for various levels of contamination.
UC-HL2
Made from machined aluminum and hard-coat anodized to withstand years of use and abuse, the UC-HL2 launcher was designed for constant everyday use. Ideal for hose shops with a counter business, this launcher has the capability to clean any application up through 2” ID. The ergonomic design of the launcher and the supplied 360° rotary plug makes this launcher easy to handle and reduces operator fatigue without sacrificing proper air-flow.
UC-AL
The Ultra Clean AutoLoader is the most comprehensive automatic projectile loading, launching and verification system on the market today. It is a fully customizable machine that is integratable with your current automatic hose fabrication facility and tube manufacturing processes. The AutoLoader is equipped with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), built-in air ionizer for removing static electricity, stainless steel Firing Station Cabinet, and voltage convertor for converting incoming electricity from 110v AC-60 Hz (or 240v AC-50Hz) to 24v DC, and comes with appropriate electrical cord for easy installation.
