Ball Valve
Ball valves are very easy to use and can both maintain and regulate three things-high pressure, high volume and high flow of temperature. they have a long service life. Ball valves can be found in a number of different design: two or three pieces body construction, floating or trunnion design, soft seat or metal seat, lever or gear operated. All our Ball valve are manufactured from forging and are available in a size range which goes from 2” to 36”, in all pressure class ratings from 150 Lbs to 2500 Lbs.
Needle Valve
All needle valve are made from bar-stock and available from ¼” to 1.1/2” with pressure rating of 6.000 PSI, 10.000 PSI. Standard connections are threaded NPT, BSPT or BSPP but they are also available with BW or SW ends.
Manifold ( 2 valves, 3 valves & 5 valves )
These manual valves have been designed for general purpose uses in wide range of applications, are suitable for instruments and lines cut-off on steam and high pressure fluids. These valve are ideal for standard as well as for critical applications where high resistance to pressure, temperature and corrosion are of primary importance and when tight shut-off time performance and long lasting equipment are required.
Double Block & Bleed Valve (Integral Type)
Integral DBB valve find its application in the instrumentation area and is available in different design in order to satisfy all kind of application: flange to flange, flange to thread, injection and sampling, ball and needle type.
Double Block & Bleed Valve ( Modular Type )
The main characteristic of this design is to have two balls in one valve to guarantee more safety. The Double Block & Bleed valve is equipped by a drain needle valve situated between the two balls. This permits to drain the valve and reset the pressure to zero. Modular type, 3 pieces body design find its application in instrumentation area and piping as well.
Double Block & Bleed Valve ( Compact Type )
The continues research we develop to the purpose of better and better meeting with Customer’s requirement and expectations it taking Vimec, much to our satisfaction to present this new line of products, as a completion of our Double Block & Bleed Ball valves range. Compact design has been studied to have integrated flange connections into the valve body in order to have short dimension and light weight.
Gate Valve
